All pieces are handcrafted and may have slight variations in appearance, texture and finish. These variations are not faults but part of the unique nature of handmade jewellery.
3. Commissions & custom orders
For custom-made pieces:
- A deposit may be required before work begins
- Estimated timelines will be provided but may vary depending on materials and design complexity
- Once design work has begun, deposits are non-refundable
- Final balances must be paid before dispatch or collection
4. Orders & payments
When placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete. Payments must be made in full before jewellery is dispatched.
5. Pricing
Prices are listed in GBP (£) and may change without notice. Any quotes for custom work are valid for the period stated at the time of quoting.
6. Shipping
Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services. Items are packaged securely, and tracked delivery may be required for higher-value pieces.
7. Returns & refunds
You are entitled to request a refund for non-custom items under UK consumer law, provided that:
- The item is returned unused and in its original condition
- The request is made within 14 days of receiving the item
Custom or personalised jewellery cannot be refunded unless the item is faulty, due to its bespoke nature.
8. Faulty items
If an item is faulty, please contact us within 14 days. We may request photos or the item to be returned so we can repair, replace or refund where appropriate.
9. Jewellery care
Guidance for caring for your silver jewellery may be provided. Wear and tear, tarnishing, accidental damage, and misuse are not considered faults and are not eligible for refund.

All designs, photographs, text and content on this website remain the property of Vanessa Mancini Jewellery and may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.
